PowrFlow™ PVR Series Pumps

The PVR’s proven spring compensator; variable volume vane design is the workhorse of the industry. You’ll find these hydraulic vane pumps at work in some of the toughest applications as well as some of the cleanest. They are rated at 1500 psi full flow and come with a three-year warranty. Offering flow ranges of 4 to 70 gallons per minute.

PowrFlow™ PVX Series Pumps

The PVX line is the natural progression in variable volume hydraulic vane pumps. The PVX line can produce up to 3000 psi at full flow while offering greater flexibility in control options. PVX hydraulic pumps are also known for their quiet operation. Flow ranges from 8 to 75 gallon per minute. Single or tandem pump combinations available.

PowrFlow™ HPV Series Pumps

The HPV line of axial pumps ranges from 6 to 29 gallons per minute at full flow while producing up to 3500 psi. The HPV line is a direct drop-in to replace the Vickers PVB and PVQ and the Dennison PV series. Port sizes and locations and shaft sizes match up exactly. Standard, Remote, Load Sense and HP Limiting Compensators.

PowrFlow™ D03 Series Directional Control Valves

The line of D03 valves is rated at 5000 psi at full flow. Numerous spool options with flow rates up to 25 gallons per minute. Manual, solenoid, air, soft-shift and cam actuation are all offered. Surge suppression and solenoid activation lights are standard with electrical boxes.

The D05 line contains all the standard features found in the D03 line plus a low profile electrical box and flow rates up to 35 gallons per minute. Numerous spool options are offered.

Continental offers D03, D05 and D08 sizes with some of the highest flow rates in the industry. We offer metered spools as well as cylinder spools. High repeatability with fast response provides precision control of your machines. Click here for pdf brochure.

Proportional valves are offered with On-board electronics or remote electronics with either open-loop of closed loop control capability. Spool position sensing is handles via state of the art Hall Effect sensor. Extremely user friendly with the introduction of windows based GUI (graphic user interface) programming. Settings and diagnostics are implemented via laptop computer or PDA.
