The Customer: Commercial Vehicles Repairer

The Task: The customer contacted Hydraulics Online with a reference number for an obsolete Smiths Industries Mk3 hydraulic power pack / hydraulic power unit. A vehicle was off the road and a direct replacement was needed “off the shelf”. 

The Solution: Our engineer specified an identical, replacement hydraulic power pack / hydraulic power unit which was then built in our workshop and despatched to our customer the same day, thus minimising downtime on an important vehicle.
