The valve type DBD is a direct operated pressure relief valve in seat design. It is used to limit a system pressure (inlet pressure) to a specified maximum value. If this adjustable maximum value is reached, the pressure relief valve will return the excessive flow to the tank.

The sizes of the 1X series valve comprise: 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 15, and 30. The valve has a maximum operating pressure of 630 bar and a maximum flow of 330 l/min.

Some of the features of the valve include:

  • For subplate mounting.
  • For threaded connection.
  • As screw-in cartridge valve.
  • Adjustment types: Bushing with hexagon and protective cap, rotary knob/hand wheel, lockable rotary knob.
  • Type-examination tested safety valves according to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
