MP FILTRI ACCESSORIES

MP Filtri provides a full range of hydraulic system accessories including:  

• immersed suction filters
• fluid filler caps and breather plugs
• tank input/output pipe mounting brackets with vibration reduction
• modular hose clamps
• one- to six-way switches
• pressure gauges
• visual and electrical level indicators.

MP FILTRI STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS 

MP Filtri's range of structural components includes:

• Bell housings for connecting motor and pump, the full range allows for selecting a variety of product configurations including single-casting housing, two- and three-module housings and soundproofed housings, with maximum electric motor power 400 kW
• Motor-pump drive power transmission couplings in aluminium, cast iron and steel.
• Elastic inserts of various hardnesses as connectors between the couplings
• Damping rings for vertical and horizontal installation in motor/pump assembly tanks
• Mounting feet to support the motor/pump assembly when the motor is not equipped with feet
• Aluminium tanks
• Inspection doors

MP FILTRI SUCTION FILTERS 

MP Filtri suction filters are used as safety filters to protect pumps from gross contamination which can cause them to grip. They are available in 3 styles :
 

• MP Filtri STR series immersed filters
• FAS external filters, for mounting externally above the oil level
• SF2 external filters, for mounting semi-immersed under the oil level

MP Filtri SF2 semi-immersed filters, which shut off oil flow while the filter element is being replaced, replace the butterfly valves usually used for servicing hydraulic pumps.
 

MP FILTRI IN-LINE FILTERS 

MP Filtri LMP filters are available in a wide range of versions and working pressures for use on all hydraulic circuits as follows :

• return filters in external tank mounting construction for medium and high flow rates in single and duplex versions
• in-line for low and medium pressures for off-line applications
• in-line for medium pressures as process filters, for example, for forced lubrication applications, in single or duplex versions
• over boost filtering
• in-line for medium pressures for filtering hydraulic boost circuits
• in-line as high holding capacity filters on test beds.

LMP filters are suited to an extensive range of applications in all sectors and are available in single, manifold and duplex versions.

MP FILTRI PRESSURE FILTERS 

MP Filtri pressure filters come in 11 versions and are available with operating pressures ranging from 1595 to 6090 psi. A range of products is available to resolve all filter mounting problems, in the following configurations :

• In-line, with threaded and flange mounts
• Manifold top mounting
• Manifold side mounting
• Manifold mounting, to DIN 24340 CETOP R 35 H
• Manifold threaded/flange mounting in the top extraction filter cartridge version
• Duplex versions for continuous operation requirements

The MP Filtri range includes a complete set of valves: Bypass valve, check valve, bypass + check valve, reverse-flow valve, reverse-flow + bypass valve and reversible filtration valves

MP FILTRI STAINLESS STEEL PRESSURE FILTERS

MP FIitri stainless steel filters are available with operating pressures ranging from 4640 to 15.000 psi. The filters are available in the following configurations: in-line, with threaded mount, manifold side mounting and duplex versions for continuous operation requirements.

The range includes a complete set of valves: bypass valve, reverse flow valve and reverse flow + bypass valve.

 MP FILTRI SPIN-ON FIILTERS 

MP Filtri spin-on filters are available with operating pressures ranging from 174 to 508 psi. In-line Spin-On filters can be used for: suction filters, on the return circuit, for mounting on the line or on the tank cover, In-line for low and medium pressures

MP Filtri spin-on filters are available in 4 configurations: single cartridge in-line, in-line with two parallel cartridges on the same axis, in-line with two parallel cartridges mounted side by side, with single cartridge flange for installation to the tank cover

All versions may be equipped with visual and/or electrical blockage indicators.

 MP FILTRI RETURN FILTERS

MP FIltri return filters are available in 4 styles :

• SMP semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank with external/internal filter element
• MPT semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank with external/internal filter element
• MHP/MPI semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank with external/internal filter element
• FRI semi-immersed filters for mounting to the oil tank or in-line, available in the single or duplex versions, with external/internal filter element

The FRI version can also be used as an in-line filter for forced lubrication or off-line systems.
