MP Filtri designs, develops, manufactures and distributes a vast range of hydraulic filters as well as a complete range of power transmission components and accessories for hydraulic power units. In particular, MP Filtri pursues an ambitious programme of product customisation to satisfy even the most specific customer requests, and handles every phase of the manufacturing process not only for standard products but for special products too.

The MP Filtri product range covers four main areas:

• Products for monitoring contamination for the production of particle counters and accessories.
• Fluid cleaning filters for suction and return lines, in-line for high and medium pressure with single and duplex bodies or battery installations.
• Structural components, for coupling the motor to the pump via bell housings and drive couplings, the line is completed with a range of aluminium tanks, feet for mounting electric motors in the B3 mounting position, tank inspection doors and damping rings for vertical mounting of the motor/pump assembly to the tank cover.
• Hydraulic circuit accessories including: filler and breather plugs, optical and electrical level indicators, pressure gauge switches, pressure gauges and pipe and hose mounting brackets and clamps.

Tank Top Filters

Standard filter suitable for mineral oils and synthetic fluids. Temperature range 25°C to +110°C, 8 bar maximum working pressure, pressure die cast aluminium filter head, plastic filter bowl, plastic filter cover: MPF030 & MPF100 and aluminium cover for MPF184, Nitrile (Buna-N) seals, bypass at 1.75 bar (standard), visual/electrical indicator options available. Flow rates to 250 lpm based on a VG32 hydraulic oil on the filters shown, other tank top filters available with flow rates up to 625 lpm.

Filler Breathers

Material: TAP90 - Moulded Glass Filled Nylon Filler Breathers

Breather: Resin Impregnated Cellulose 10 micron

Level Gauges

Maximum working pressure: 1 bar, temperature range –25°C to +100°C, coloured polyamide cover, clear polymide lens, Nitrile (Buna-N) seals, M12 Bolts options available, with thermometer

Pressure Filters (FMM) 280 bar

Standard filter suitable for mineral oils, synthetic fluids and water glycol, filtration ratings are available of 3, 6, 10 and 25 micron absolute.

Working pressure 280 bar, temperature range -25°C to +110°C, flow rates to 125 lpm, cast iron filter body head, steel filter body housing, Nitrile seals as standard, steel bypass valve set to open at 6 bar, filter housing complete with pop-up indicator, visual/electrical indicator options available, Inorganic fibre element impregnated with epoxy resin, absolute Beta 1000 rated elements.
Elements are constructed with an external support mesh, pre-filtration support media, microfibre filtration media, internal support media, internal wire mesh and a stainless steel support core.

Pressure Filter Elements

Pressure Filters (FHP) 420 bar

Standard filter suitable for mineral oils, synthetic fluids and water glycol. Filtration ratings are available of 3, 6, 10 and 25 micron absolute.

Working pressure 420 bar, flow rates to 600 lpm, temperature range -25°C to +110°C, cast iron filter body head, steel filter body housing, Nitrile seals as standard, brass bypass valve set to open at 6 bar, filter housing complete with pop-up Indicator, visual/electrical indicator options available, inorganic fibre element impregnated with epoxy resin, absolute Beta 1000 rated elements.
Elements are constructed with an external support mesh, pre-filtration support media, microfibre filtration media, internal support media, internal wire mesh and a stainless steel support core.

Spin On Filters – For Return Line Use

Standard filter suitable for mineral oils and synthetic fluids. Working pressure 12 bar, temperature range -25°C to +110°C, flow rates to 350 lpm, suitable for both suction and return line applications, filtration rating from 3 micron to 25 micron absolute, visual/electrical indicator options, Nitrile (Buna-N) seals as standard, aluminium alloy filter head, steel filter bowl, Compatible with hydraulic oils, coolant fluids & petroleum based fluids.

WATER REMOVAL CANS  
For use on MPS100 head, maximum flow rate of 30 lpm. Removes free water from the oil, approx ¾ litre of water per can.

Temperature range -25°C to +110°C, nylon connect & end caps, galvanised steel support tube, flow rates to 900 lpm, 60, 90 and 250 micron available, without bypass valve
